Today, January 4(Local date), SS was short but Jun challenged the course with varieties that inclued mountain road, the canyon and the river. Before he started it rained in the high elevation mountain range and there were the muddy streams. However such a bad situation was a cup of tea for Jun because he was so fast. Jun took time to pass the slow cars in front of him and the first half of SS was going smoothly today. But the demon’s gate waited for Jun in the last the course.
Feshifeshi(The powder like soil)ground started from 2km before the goal. You can imagine that is the ground is like the flour deposited. He wanted to keep away from it because if the car gets stuck, much time would be lost. Besides the bad view from the dust, Jun had to be run the road that was narrow and leafy carefully. Suddenly the wiped out motorcycle appeared right in front of Jun. He averted to runover the motorcycle but his rear tire went flat. Jun lost 5 to 6 minutes to change the tire. That incident happened at point of 1km from the goal. Jun ran the SS at a good rate but the ending was a little bad.
However Jun’s rank is getting better little by little and the overall standings was 28th today. Jun said “Very difficult courses begin tomorrow and will continue for 3 days. That is the highlight in the first half of the Rally. I will pull my socks up.”

本日、700Km以上って東京～広島ですねぇ～
しかもダートを走ってへたへたな感じなんでしょうが・・
バイク踏んずけなくて・・よかったぁ～
集中力は維持されているようですねぇ～
いい感じですファイトファイト!!
感覚がわからない中、改めて距離をみますと、そんな感じですよね。
すごい人なんだな～←めちゃ一般人目線で見ておりますが
バイクが出現した状況って、たぶんプロのドライバーじゃなかったら、絶対交通事故だと思うんですがね。
明日からは、本当に大変なんですね、たぶん斉藤様の方がお詳しいと思うのですが
最後は話し方もちょっと変わりました。
